Cancellation requests will be accepted only by email to the Convention Secretariat.
Refund of the base registration fee, excluding GST, payment gateway charges, and bank charges, will be as follows:
The cancellation email must include: Delegate Name, Registration ID/Receipt, Reason for cancellation, Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC, and Account Holder's Name.
Requests received through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or social media will not be accepted.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 45 days after completion of the convention.
In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the Committee reserves the right to modify the convention format. Any refund, if applicable, will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee and ISPPD Executive Committee.
The decision of the Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.
